As an Agile Coach with over 20 years experience in Agile environments, I specialize in helping teams, leaders, and organizations unlock their full potential through a unique blend of deep coaching and practical Agile expertise.

I hold dual certifications as an ICF ACC professional coach and a Certified Team Coach (CTC) with the Scrum Alliance, and I am also a Certified Scrum Alliance Trainer (CSAT) — one of the few globally authorized to train micro-credentials and mentor candidates toward the Certified Agile Coach (CAC) designation.

My mission is to create sustainable agility by empowering people — not just to do Agile, but to be Agile. I coach high-performing teams, guide leaders through complex change, and develop internal coaching capabilities to scale transformation across entire systems.
